Our beef comes from Black Angus cattle regeneratively raised on our pastures from birth to harvest. We focus on animal welfare, land stewardship, and careful handling throughout the process to produce high-quality beef you can feel good about eating.
- Grass-fed, locally grain-finished
- No antibiotics, growth hormones, or steroids
- Inspected and vacuum-sealed at a USDA-inspected craft butchery
- Dry-aged a minimum of 14 days
