Beef Shipping & Refund Policy
Pickup Policy
All of our beef, tallow, and farm store products are available for local pickup. Please note that we do not have a storefront, so all orders must be placed online.
At checkout, select “Pick Up” under Delivery Method. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by text or email and prompt you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS within the Continental United States (NO shipping to PO Box)
Beef orders ship every Tuesday via UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 24-48 hours. All orders received by Monday, 11:00pm, EST will ship the following day.
Flat Rate Shipping: Due to the nature of our product, beef orders are shipped via overnight or 2 day shipping. Rates are based on your geographic location. Please refer to the following for your shipping rate:
$28: ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, OH
$38: MI, IN, KY
$48: WI, IL, MN, IA, MO, TN, NS, SC
$58: WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, AZ, NM, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL
*Note, these shipping zones are subject to change, including based seasonally on warm weather
Ghost Light Farm is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please doublecheck your shipping address when placing your order.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.
Standard Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately with pictures and a description of the problem at customerservice@ghostlightfarm.com and we will be happy to assist you.
